- 1:1 Professional Leadership Coaching: Whether you want to support your entire executive team, a high potential in uncovering their best succession path and actions to get there, a new hire to hit the ground running, or a team member in service of elevating their impact (or you'd like to self sponsor your development) we’ve got a coach and program for you! By entering into a coaching arrangement, the current challenge (aka growth edge) is identified, underlying habits and patterns that block progress are surfaced, and new behaviors are practiced and adopted over time. Both micro and macro shifts are proven to lead to transformative outcomes.
- 1:2 Relational Coaching: Relational coaching enhances dynamics between two individuals through a transformative, high-care, high-accountability process, helping participants navigate complex interpersonal challenges. The experience transcends traditional conflict resolution strategies by fostering deep self-awareness, addressing underlying patterns and needs, surfacing and exploring transgressions (usually unintentional), and cultivating sustainable skills for effective communication and collaboration. - Team Coaching: When teams are stuck, the cost to the organization is extreme! A group coaching process allows teams to name what’s blocking progress, identify their part, and ask others for support in new ways, defining a path forward together. Designed for any team that aspires to be higher-functioning, performing, and value-adding - from executive, mid-level, and cross-functional to special project teams - these sessions are co-designed and conducted over a time horizon that makes sense for everyone to ensure transformative progress.
- 1:1 Coaching Days An effective option for organizations who want to offer the value of individual coaching support yet may not have the budget or simply want to pilot a program. “Coaching Days” allow everyone to participate by signing up in advance for a specific time slot with a Pure Ambition coach. This provides individuals the opportunity to receive feedback, gain a sounding board, insight into a particular challenge they may be facing, or have a thinking partner in service of more high-level career development support. An external coach provides an unbiased perspective where the coachee is championed in finding the right next move so a shift can occur, getting unstuck and opening up new energy. It also allows team members to embrace the value of a coaching partnership. Evaluations and coach feedback can surface trending support needs, helping to prioritize training development. We offer in-person and virtual solutions depending on your team make-up. It is critical to note that this format is NOT a substitute for supporting team members in making sustainable shifts in role success. Long-term 1:1 coaching is the appropriate investment here.
