STRETCHING INTO MINDFUL LEADERSHIP (ML1): Merging today's realities with content focused on essential leadership competencies, participants will leave empowered to make a difference in the organizations where they lead and in the lives of those they impact. Participants will uncover their personal brand identity and how this fits into their organization's purpose and values.
Audience: Recognizing everyone has the opportunity to lead, regardless of title, this programming is suited for employees at any level of the organization. It's been delivered to teams that include individual contributors, senior leaders and everything in between.

ACTIVATING MINDFUL LEADERSHIP FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORK TEAMS (ML2): Leveraging the foundation laid in Stretching into Mindful Leadership, this session supports participants in stepping further into their best selves to activate a culture of personal accountability and high performance in their areas of influence. Deepening awareness of self and others will enable effective leadership during times of challenge to increase self-management, trust, influence, and agility in today’s fast-moving work environment.
Audience: This programming is best suited for leaders who have either direct report or function/budget responsibility.
Duration: 8 hours: Full Day, 2-1/2 days; 4x2 hour virtual zoom sessions, 1.5-day options available.

Making time to focus on the WHY and HOW is the lever for an inspired, aligned, high-performance-high-impact organization.
Audience: This programming is designed for Senior Leaders who aspire to create a workplace culture where everyone can thrive.
PreWork: An online 360 Review process is included as part of this programming.
Optional: Organizational Culture + Values Study, designed and administered by Pure Ambition in advance of the event.
