- 1:1 Coaching Days An effective option for organizations who want to offer the value of individual coaching support yet may not have the budget or simply want to pilot a program. “Coaching Days” allow everyone to participate by signing up in advance for a specific time slot with a Pure Ambition coach. This provides individuals the opportunity to receive feedback, gain a sounding board, insight into a particular challenge they may be facing, or have a thinking partner in service of more high-level career development support.
