Let the Blogging (and collaborating) Begin!

on Mon, 03/05/2012 - 00:00

Today I'm super excited.  The timing of starting up my own company happens to align with a guest blogging opportunity on allegiance.com.  Allegiance is a leader in Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) solutions. One of my favorite things about Allegiance is that they have great expertise in - and energy for - using data to connect employee engagement to customer engagement and focusing on the former to more effectively impact the latter.  I've been a friend of Allegiance for a long time and was their client at my last company.  I was honored when they called to ask that I blog for them.  The topic:  something I am wildly passionate about - increasing employee engagement via a formal Voice of the Employee (VOE) program.

Check out my first post:   Getting a VOE Program Going!  Part 1 of a 4 Part Series:   Don’t leave your most valuable asset out of your feedback system:  Using VOE to fuel the customer experience and the bottom line.

While I'm loving this opportunity to work with Allegiance again, what's really cool is how far we've come in terms of online communities and the ability to reach more people to drive causes.  For me, this is a huge principle of  Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) in practice - connecting with others to learn and grow in impactful and positive ways.  The collaboration aspect is beyond exciting - for me, it's a thrill. Here's to more!
